Consultant for early stage startups.

I help companies scale products, build strong teams, and make pragmatic decisions across cloud infrastructure, software delivery, and technical leadership.

I have lived and worked in Bulgaria, Germany, and Sweden, and I work effectively across international teams and remote delivery setups.

My focus is early-stage and growth-stage work, where product, platform, and team decisions are tightly connected. The job is usually not just to write code or review architecture, but to help a company make better technical decisions while still moving fast.

Personal

Driven by passion

My consulting work is grounded in a mix of passion-driven projects and challenge-fueled experience.

Tinkering

Retro computing

I spend time with older Intel-based systems and the Windows platform from the 1990s and early 2000s, exploring undocumented Win32 APIs and bringing old software back to life on newer systems.

Freifunk and Tor

Helping the Freifunk Franken community introduced me to Tor, IPv6, and networking technologies I might not otherwise have explored. Hosting routers and VPN exit nodes gave me hands-on insight into BGP, NAT, and IPv6 on Linux.

Internet Architecture

Deep familiarity with data center design, internet-scale networking, IPv6, Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, RabbitMQ, WebSockets, and production Linux systems. Building highly available systems across continents rarely comes from off-the-shelf software alone; custom solutions teach you how real internet architecture behaves.
